You're Not Running Out Of Time.
You're Running Out Of Yourself.
When everything around us is changing,
the most important relationship to evaluate is the one within.
You are capable. You have built things. Yet something feels Not Quite Right.
You’ve led teams, supported others, achieved things you once wanted. But somewhere along the way, quietly without permission, the ground shifted underneath you.
Your focus is fading faster, reducing your value.
You’re making more decisions, but trusting them less.
You’re constantly giving, yet it never feels like enough.
Everything you’ve worked for is here. Is it aligned?
I know this — because I lived it.
Engineer, Entrepreneur, Father, Partner, Yoga Teacher, Child, Ayurveda Practitioner, Author, Traveler, Wellness Promoter and most importantly Walker & Healer.
I spent more than two decades in business. Strategy, operations, leadership. I knew how to build things, how to keep people moving, how to hold a room. From the outside, it looked like someone who had it together. Inside it was a constant struggle to reach to the next.
Then the business failed. And with it, the beliefs that had held everything up. The story I had been carrying about who I was, what success meant, and what I was worth when the results stopped coming.
I could have totally withdrawn or acted in denial. Many people do. Instead I stopped. And I started asking questions I had been too busy to ask before. Through more silence than I had sat with in years. I never knew I disliked failing so much. And eventually onto a road.
4,032 kilometres across Australia. Alone. Through heat, dust, long stretches of nothing and longer stretches of everything. What I found out there was not what I expected. No epiphany. No arrival. Just a slow, honest returning to myself. To me, before I learned to be useful and efficient and successful above all else.
That search further took me through Vipassana meditation, breathwork, yoga, Ayurveda, psychology and somatic practice. The credentials came later — professional coach, yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, NSW Ambassador for the International Coaching Guild. The greatest lesson I ever learnt wasn’t how to build a business. It was how it felt lost and how to find myself again.
Four ways to walk together.
Today’s biggest challenge isn’t capability—it’s disconnection. These keynote experiences help leaders and teams think differently, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond the applause. Happy for feedbacks and conduct workshops.
For people who have spent so long listening to everyone else that they’ve forgotten to listen to themselves. Together we’ll create the space to think clearly, make decisions you can trust, and move towards a life that feels more like your own.
Real change doesn’t happen in a single conversation. These guided programs help you integrate new ways of thinking, living, and leading through practical tools, reflection, and everyday practice. Turning insights into action, helping you create lasting change in how you live, work, and relate to yourself and others.
Meditation is easier to sustain when you’re not doing it alone. These guided sessions create space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect. Through the support of a like-minded community, participants build a regular practice that nurtures calm, resilience, and wellbeing.
The Six Pillars of Wholeness.
The Six Pillars of Wholeness were born from one question: Why did I feel richer in an $80 tent than I did building a successful business & social recognition? Years of reflection turned that question into a practical framework for modern life giving meaning and fulfillment, integrated with everything else I now understand.
Goal that is worthwhile, Values that support and Purpose strong enough to carry you through the days it doesn’t feel worth it.
The belonging and support so deep enough to hold you for all that you are, before the world and even you ever take notice.
A mindset that has experinced the trust, and seen there is enough, so you can risk, share, and grow.
Presence to the small and the ordinary, not only the milestone. Gratitude and celebration along the way.
Energy managed honestly, at every level of tiredness, not just pushed through. Hourly to yearly and longer.
A pattern the body trusts, to go in the zone, freeing the mind from constant decision-making.
Find your perfect plan.

What People are Saying.

He guided me with a process which was well designed and it helped me unload so much of pain and trauma I had been through growing up. I felt lighter and aligned within myself since the session. Since covid times I had been struggling to find the calmness that I had felt before, I am able to feel that again since then. Definitely worth booking in the time and doing the session with him.Posted on Google Julie-Anne RatcliffeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ashok's knowledge of yoga, meditation and coaching combined into a beautiful exploration of my deeper why. I arrived burnt out/exhausted and left reconnected to my inner balance, joy and peace, acknowledging some resistance along the way. Greater insights unfolded in the days following. Love this work. Thank you Ashok.Posted on Google Shelley KirkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Ashok. I loved the deep somatic breathing work and I can say that it helped physically as well as emotionally. I am starting to practice this more regularly with the aim of quietening my busy brain, and obtaining more clarity from the heart. Your time was much appreciated.Posted on Google Jay Singh AhluwaliaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Going in, I was a little unsure of what it would be like, or whether I'd be able to open up at all. As a coach myself, I've taken clients through sessions, values elicitations, parts work and more — but it's been genuinely tough to find someone who could work with me, take me through parts and somatic work, and truly get to my "Why." I felt stuck, skeptical, and out of options. From the start, the session was well planned. Ashok built rapport and was never overwhelming, yet he brought just the right amount of challenge to my thoughts and mental blocks. Where issues from the past were clouding my path forward, he offered a gentle pointer; where things got a bit much, he gently walked me back and left them to be picked up another time. I didn't think I could get so much out of a single session. His gentle presence, deep understanding of coaching methodologies, and years studying the science of Ayurveda created an environment where I could truly find myself and seek the answer to my personal Why. My body has eased into a place where I can find hope, peace and a way forward. If you want to understand why certain things keep happening in your life, you have to start with a somatic release that frees your body from any pain or ideas that are keeping you stuck, and then get your brain to understand the paths in front of you — and Ashok helped that process in just the first session. If you're feeling even a little stuck in work, relationships, or life in general, have a session with Ashok.Posted on Google Dana KovacicTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The 90min session with Ashok from Reclaim Self - AIAYS Holistic Wellness was all I had hoped for. Deep relaxation through Breathwork and intuitive questioning to get me to a greater understanding of self. I have had a personal breakthrough and left with more clarity on the way forward. With gratitude, SilviaPosted on Google Lem RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently had a session with Ashok. Working with him has been a genuinely enlightening experience. What stood out most to me his their ability to create a safe, supportive environment while also helping me uncover deeper insights about myself that I had never fully recognised before. Vulnerability is indeed strength. Through the latest session, I gained a much stronger sense of self-awareness — not just around my behaviours and thought patterns, but also the underlying beliefs and emotional blocks influencing my filters, thoughts, decisions, actions and relationships. The process helped me reflect more honestly, communicate more clearly, and approach challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Ashok is very thoughtful, practical, and deeply insightful. I walked away with a better understanding of myself, my strengths, and the areas I needed to grow in. I would highly recommend Ashok to anyone looking to develop greater self-awareness, gain meaningful personal insights and create positive, lasting change in their life.Posted on Google Bill MurchTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've only just started working with Ashok, but I have a good feeling about the relationship. I like that he brings knowledge and understanding of both Western and Eastern mindsets to our discussion. I'm looking forward to working with him.Posted on Google Kallie WelshTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ashok has been incredibly intuitive and calming with our coaching sessions. He has picked up on parts/areas that I had not divulged previously, has helped me to unpack them to find further understanding and direction. He is friendly, calm and welcoming and genuinely cares about his clients. Highly recommend.
