Imagine growing up in a home where everyone praised you for keeping your teeth shining. You brushed harder and harder, yet the teeth still weakened. Eventually you realised from different bits and pieces that the guidance you grew up with wasn’t the full truth — there was more: the gums, the food, the stress, the habits. Now it doesn’t have to be teeth but can be sleep, guts, stress, teams, family, beliefs, values, and when we go even deeper its connection, healing, safety, boundaries, self compassion.

That’s where my knowledge comes from living a corporate life as well as a life of a hermit. From a western life and eastern heritage. I help you see it top down (in my capacity) — how your body, mind, emotions, and environment all shape your outcomes. I intend to help you lead with clarity, love with honesty, and feel stronger in body, mind, and spirit. I want to awaken the resourcefulness, the knowledge, the capacity within you. I’ll be with you but you have to hold yourself accountable, because the old stories resist unknown, challenges identity. This change will ripples into your family, your work, your world.

About Me: From Enterprise to Essence

Hi, I’m Ashok Alexander.

For many years, my life revolved around business — building ventures, chasing goals, and pushing through exhaustion. I came from a world that rewarded drive, not depth. My background in engineering and an MBA reinforced the same message: results matter most, rest is optional. Sports car, red carpet events, welcome speech, expensive lunches. And for a long time, that belief seemed to work. Until, it didn’t.

After 15 years of constant growth, the business I had poured my heart into collapsed. The loss wasn’t just financial — it was personal. My health began to unravel, my relationships grew distant atleast I did, and my motivation disappeared completely. Without achievements to define me or people I felt I could truly lean on, I hit a kind of silence I’d never known before — not peaceful silence, but the heavy kind that comes when everything familiar falls away, possibly closer word may be depression.That collapse, though painful, became the turning point. It forced me to stop running and start listening — to my body, my breath, and the questions I had long ignored. What does success really mean? What remains when the titles, targets, and timelines are gone? 

So I stopped. I went home, read, and found inspiration in a story about walking across a country. It sparked something in me — the need to move, to feel, to rediscover life step by step. That led to my own 4,000 km walk across Australia — a journey that reshaped everything I thought I knew about success, stillness, and strength.

That question opened a new path — into Yoga, Ayurveda, therapy, meditation, and even shamanic practices. What began as a breakdown became a breakthrough, an ongoing experiment in slowing down and listening within. After years of personal transformation, I wanted to share what I’d learned. I saw many successful people still feeling anxious and unfulfilled, so I studied communication and coaching to help others reconnect, restore balance, and lead with authenticity.

In Yoga, there’s a verse that says: first care for health, which brings peace; peace leads to fulfillment, and fulfillment brings happiness. I used to believe & chase in the commonly propagated way happiness should come first — until experience proved otherwise.

During a recent 10-day Vipassana retreat, this became clear. I served in the kitchen with seven others for 120 meditators — long days of silent work, meditation, and shared purpose. On the second day, I felt irritation when my suggestion to finish work first before meditation was dismissed; by the third, magic started to happen. No competition, no rush — just efficiency through presence of us all. A fellow volunteer remarked he wished his workplace felt this smooth. It struck me: when self and service comes first, performance doesn’t suffer; it improves.

That experience reshaped how I see leadership and wellbeing. True productivity arises not from pressure, but from alignment. After returning, I distilled six key principles from the experience — lessons relevant to self, family, and work alike. I no longer see what I do as work, but as service. Whether it’s helping a person regain movement or guiding an executive toward clarity, it comes from the same place — facilitating healing, not fixing. This path is about returning to wholeness, where health, peace, fulfillment, and happiness align.
